Terms and Conditions

Securing the Booking for your Event- A Non refundable Pre-Payment of £80 is required to secure your Wedding Booking and will be deducted from your Final Balance.

Payments- Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or Cash. The Final Balance of your Wedding Hair is due at least 6 weeks ahead of your event.

Responsibility of the Client- The Client shall inform Tabby of any issues that may effect the use of Products or equipment. This would include sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. It is up to the Client to inform Tabby of any subsequent reactions so amendments can be made before the event.

Responsibility of Hair Stylist- Tabby is responsible for arriving at the agreed time at the agreed venue specified by the Client, within good time. Tabby is responsible for the provision of all products and tools needed unless stated otherwise e.g Hair Extensions. Tabby is to only provide the agreed services as detailed in the booking. Any additional requirements must be arranged and paid for prior to the event.

Cancellations- If for any reason you choose or need to cancel your booking over 16 weeks before your wedding, your £80 Pre-payment will be retained and you will not be liable for any other payments. Cancellations within 16 and 10 weeks will require 50% of your full outstanding Balance and within 10 weeks will require Full Payment. All cancellations must be received in writing by letter or email. Extenuating circumstances will be considered by Tabby.

Trials- Trials are by separate arrangement to the Wedding Booking and must be paid for ahead or at the time of the appointment via Bank Transfer. Trials can be rearranged at any point subject to weekday availability, however a Trial cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged for the agreed rate. A trial may only be rescheduled twice. Do remember your wedding date is not secure until you have completed a booking form and paid your Pre-payment.

Travel Expenses- I charge my Travel based on the postcode provided for the agreed location from my Home HR4 8SF at £0.70 per mile taking into consideration the weather a most sensible route to take. Any Parking and Toll expenses will also be charged to the Client. Destination weddings or Overnight stays with in the UK will be arranged on an individual basis.

By Financially securing your Booking with a Pre-Payment, you are entering into an agreement to honor the above Terms and Conditions of Business
